  2. Locate the Main System Menu. On the left-hand side of your screen, you will see the vertical menu. Here you’ll find the list of key FocusIMS functions.
  3. Scroll to the Bottom. Scroll down to the bottom of the main menu. You should see the option labelled Integration Settings.
  4. Select Integration Settings. This will open the page where you can begin integrating FocusIMS with EnableHR.

If you’re unable to find the integration option, it may be due to permission settings on your account. You need administrative permissions to access certain system functions, including integrations.

  1. Username and Password. On the EnableHR login page, enter your registered username and password.
  2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Follow the prompts to enter the security code sent to your phone or authentication app.
  3. Successful Login. Once you authenticate, FocusIMS will redirect you back. This confirms that we have established the connection to EnableHR.

Update and Sync Employee Records
